Our ever expanding range of quality aluminium profiles and sections within the ALUKAP®-XR range now has the addition of budget level mill finished 16mm and 32mm C, H and F sections. We have manufactured these lower cost alternatives to allow Distributors’ Customers to finish the edges and ends of AXIOME® 16mm and 32mm multiwall polycarbonate, with a quality and rigid aluminium solution but retaining a budget level solution.
ALUKAP®-XR Aluminium H Section
Our extrusion of the ALUKAP®-XR aluminium H section allows for a high strength versus lightweight ratio for joining 16mm and 32mm multiwall polycarbonate sheets. This aluminium H section is often used to join AXIOME® multiwall in the length where two sheets can be joined to provide a longer roof length.
ALUKAP®-XR Aluminium F Section
Budget PVC side flashing are infamous for becoming misshaped, warping and falling off. Where PVC fails, our ALUKAP®-XR aluminium F section outperforms, allowing a high strength, strong seal for side flashings where a down stand is required.
ALUKAP®-XR Aluminium C Section
The ALUKAP®-XR aluminium C Section is the most popular profile of this new suite of profiles, as a budget level drip trim. Unlike the PVC drip trim, ALUKAP®-XR aluminium C Section is a rigid long-lasting solution which will reduce the chances of warping and coming loose, which could cause condensation. The ALUKAP®-XR aluminium C Section provides a low-cost long-lasting solution for budget roof situations.
